It's one thing to have a bad experience with an outfit and inform possible customers to be wary. I just wanted to clarify this for everyone to see. We understand that the parcel containing the roller skates for your event that day was extremely important, but nothing would have escalated had you not accused us of withholding your property and threatening us with legal action - especially after I attempted twice to save you an extra trip across the border by looking through the remaining parcels. At no time did I say or even hint that my boss did not care about any of your concerns regarding his employees and the way that business is conducted in his store. When you continued your ill informed rant I told you that you were no longer allowed to ship here (which is the actual reason you have not). I believe at this point I referred you to my boss who is also my Uncle. When I explained to you that the parcel may have arrived at the Massena Post Office, but not to our shop yet, you insisted that I was withholding your property and threatened to press charges. I personally looked through the 40 remaining packages a second time. You had with you a tracking number, which when tracked did show that the parcel had arrived in Massena, NY. When he returned you were accompanying him and you insisted the package had arrived.

I told your significant other that your package had not arrived at our shop. I then proceeded to check through the 40 or so parcels we had yet to check in. He came in and inquired as to whether or not we had come across your parcel yet, to which I replied we had not. You returned a short while later with your significant other. If I remember correctly it was a rather heavy Saturday and we had received about 80. To which you replied: "That's rude." You and your significant other left for a brief period of time at which point we began checking in parcels. We asked you to allow the mail courier some space to bring the parcels in and place them at the table to be checked in. We asked you to return a little later once the deliveries had arrived and we had a chance to sort through some of the packages. You came in early on a Saturday before we had received any of our deliveries for the day. What actually transpired that day is not accurately documented in your libel-filled review. If you had a genuine issue with the way that the Ship-it Shop conducts business, then this review would hold a little more weight. I have 7 years large major grocery chain experience at NE- OH, Wstrn NY and SE FL.Dale. Front end mgmt should help with cashier line reduction and not stand around doing nothing or disappearing. Same for Walmart handled shopping bags.With 4th wave mutated COVID, every other customer operated checkout should be shut down and more cashier registers open for faster customer exit and prevent jammed up long cashier waiting lines.
Chargeable newspapers should should be next to checkout cashier counter to pay with customer operated checkouts. And first time at front mens room handicap stall found and turned in to mgmt cocaine chopping blade sitting on top of toilet tissue dispenser.Needs front end cash register mgmt on site at all times to watch and control problem shoppers. Very good but mgmt needs to have mens room maint crew check abd sjgn every hakf hour! 3 times at 3 visits handicap stall was made an unseable mess.
